Yes. Our whole dates contain a single ingredient — dates. No added sugar, glucose syrup, preservatives or coatings. They're naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Keep them in a cool, dry place and they'll stay soft for weeks. For longer storage, seal them in an airtight container in the fridge (up to 6 months) or freeze them (up to a year). A few minutes at room temperature restores their softness.
