These terms govern your use of the Left Coast Dates website and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to them.
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. As dates are a natural product, size, colour and texture may vary slightly between batches. Weights are approximate and given before packing.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised via Stripe and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable), in which case you'll be refunded in full.
Our products are natural foods and may be handled in facilities that also handle nuts and other allergens. Please check individual product descriptions and contact us if you have specific dietary requirements.
Delivery timescales are estimates. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
